I’m sure we can all agree that America is completely obsessed with pumpkin flavored anything. I have to be honest, I’ve never been one to order something pumpkin from starbies or even eat pumpkin pie at Thanksgiving, but I just had to try and join the band wagon. So, here we go, drum roll please….
Pumpkin Spice Fluff.
I have to admit that, pre-pumpkin spice fluff, I was pretty hesitant and didn’t think I’d quite appreciate the dessert. However, post-pumpkin spice fluff, I was happily surprised. And though I haven’t quite become a “pumpkin person,” I am now much more open minded about fall spirited treats. The two upsides – it is only a 4 point snack for you weight watchers out there and is definitely one of the easiest recipes to follow.
Alright pumpkin lovers, go grab these ingredients and follow the simple directions:
- Ingredients –
- 1 box sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix, 1.5 ounce
- 1 Can Pumpkin, 15 ounce
- 1 container fat-free cool whip, 8 ounce
- pumpkin pie spice, for taste
Combine all ingredients in order, chill for 2 hours, and enjoy!
