It’s been about three months since we committed to living a healthier lifestyle and really treating our bodies the way they should be treated. I’ve talked about it here + there over the last few months and wanted to talk about a few things that really get me motivated and keep me on a healthy path.
First of all, feeling + seeing progress in my body is the best motivation hands down. Second, though, is cute workout clothes. Obviously. Here’s another shameless #NSale plug coming straight at you because this tank is everything and it’s included in the sale. It is the first real workout top I’ve ever purchased and I love the way the drifit material works. I feel that it runs true to size; however, if you want a baggier fit, I’d suggest sizing up. It’s still in stock in all sizes and colors so, I’d definitely grab one or three before the prices jack back up. Also, have any of you tried the Zella Leggings? I’ve heard that they’re amazing so… should I or shouldn’t I?
On a different note, we like to get out for a walk and let Hudson + Cliffy run around for a little while in the evenings. Though it is still pretty hot, letting them run off some extra energy is a win for everyone. We all like being outside, enjoying the fresh air, and getting to watch the sun start setting. That golden hour is everything, I’m telling you. Even more, we’re all looking forward to some cooler weather sooner than later!
