It has been warming up here in Southern California. Spring is in the air and summer is undeniably sure to follow. Throughout these warmer months, it is always important to stay hydrated and for those of you that don’t prefer to drink water, adding a little fruit makes it much easier because of the added flavor. Personally, I love the taste of water. It quenches my thirst and on a sunshining day, is exceptionally refreshing. However, with so many drink choices— juice, soda, tea, coffee, etc. I sometimes find myself reaching for the not-so-healthy options. As I’ve been seeing and hearing so much about “spa water,” I’m jumping on the bandwagon and giving it a go. Who’s with me?!
If you don’t like water or you’re like me and you do like water but want to mix it up a little, join me and try a quick and easily personalized variation on the essential beverage.

Slice your fruit, either thin or thick to you liking.
Add the chopped fruit to your water. Depending on how strong you want it add more or less fruit. To make it easy to bring on-the-go, refrigerate your waters in mason jars.
You can also store your infused water in a pitcher and drink it as wanted.
Still need a little convincing to drop the juice box?
